Skilled in front-end code development, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Comprehensive knowledge of web design and graphic creation. Develops end user training material and provides training for key users with varying skill levels. Creates detailed end user documentation and resources for internal and external staff. Coordinates communication, plan emails, and email campaigns with department staff. Develops and maintains templates for forms, email communications, letters, etc. Prepares graphics, including photos, graphs, etc. Helps create graphics for digital advertising/campaign landing pages, emails, websites, and social media. Assists on maintaining the web applications on CPGE websites to be functional and displaying accurately. Coordinates with other SJSU departments for web guidelines and system integrations. Tests and reviews websites for accuracy and broken links. Creates and generates web analytic reports and metrics. Assists in CPGE google analytics setup and user access. Provides training for staff on web programs and applications. Tracks and manages CPGE content owners access to websites. Helps create web forms and documents for websites.

The Web Analyst is responsible for the update and maintenance of the CPGE websites and the creation of html templates for CPGEs Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or other marketing related database systems. This position works on day-to-day web related tasks, as well as long-range projects.
